§ 113.07 PERMIT FEE; APPLICABILITY OF BUSINESS REGULATIONS UPON TRANSIENT MERCHANTS.
   Each transient merchant or business, as those terms are defined in § 113.01, prior to conducting business in the city, shall make an application for a transient merchant or transient business permit. For a transient merchant, the fee shall be $10 per day with a minimum of four days, and for a transient business, the fee shall be $2.50 per day for a minimum of four days, but again, to be eligible as a transient business, the operation shall be for a period of less than six continuous uninterrupted months in each year, and the transient business can employ no more than 50 persons at any one time as part of its business operations.
