The Chief of the Fire Department shall notify each subscriber provided for in § 98.06(C) above, which has paid its subscriber fees, of the date upon which the hazardous material emergency response plan of the Fire Department shall become effective. The subscriber status of the entity and subscriber treatment of the entity for fees pursuant to § 98.06 above shall continue in effect for three years from that date.
