§ 96.01 CLOSING HOURS FOR CITY PARKS.
   All city parks shall be closed between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. No person shall be upon the premises of any city park during the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
