§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction in the county’s District Court, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500, for each offense.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 96.15 et seq. shall be deemed guilty of a punishable violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 90 days or be both so fined and imprisoned. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
