(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person who violates § 93.05(A) shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $15.

(C) Any person violating § 93.05(B) shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $25, for each offense.
