§ 93.05 LITTER ON PUBLIC PROPERTY AND STREETS AND SIDEWALKS ADJACENT TO PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw peelings, hulls or other litter or trash upon the streets, sidewalks or floors of public buildings or other public places in the city.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership or corporation owning real estate or being in the possession of real estate situated within the corporate limits of the city along and adjacent to a sidewalk or street to throw upon that sidewalk or street, rocks, brush, grass, weeds, trash or any other substance from his premises or suffer or permit that matter to be thrown or fall upon the sidewalk or street.
