§ 93.06 DEPOSITING OF LEAVES ON PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND STREETS.
   It is unlawful for any person to intentionally rake, pile or otherwise deposit unbagged leaves on any public right-of-way or street in the city.
