(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined not more than $50 for each offense.
(B) Any person violating any provision of § 73.05 shall upon conviction in the appropriate court having jurisdiction be fined $1 and cost for the first offense, $5 and cost for the second offense and $10 and cost for each subsequent offense.

(C) Any person violating § 73.06 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $50, upon conviction in the District Court.
