(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or ride upon any bicycle, tricycle, skateboard or any type of motorized bike or cycle upon or about any shopping center located within the city limits, upon sidewalks located in the downtown business district or upon tennis courts located in the city parks.
(B) Signs notifying the general public of the nature and extent of this section shall be conspicuously posted by shopping center operators before this section shall be enforced upon their premises.
