(A) (1) Any persons or firm who shall fail or refuse to comply with any of the terms of provisions of this chapter, other than § 50.35(E) relating to the collection or disposal of garbage and/or refuse shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined the sum of $10. Each day of such failure or refusal to comply shall be deemed a separate offense and shall subject the offender to a like fine of $10 upon conviction of county’s District Court.
(2) Any person or firm who violates § 50.35(E) shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined upon conviction in county’s District Court an amount not to exceed $1,000 and be subject to a jail penalty not to exceed 12 months.

(B) Any person violating any provision of § 50.55 shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100.
