§ 50.37 SALE OF MULCH AND COMPOST BY CITY.

   Prices to be charged for mulch and compost purchased from the city at its landfill site are as follows:

   (A)   Less than 1,000 pounds: $0.01 per pound.

   (B)   1,000 pounds or more: $8 per ton.
