§ 160.42 DRAINAGE CONTROL.
   (A)   A record of all variance actions shall be maintained by the Stormwater Manager including the justification for issuance.
   (B)   Variances may be considered for the reconstruction, rehabilitation or restoration of structures listed on the State Inventory of Historic Places.
