(A) No trailer coach or manufactured home park, manufactured home, mobile office, or job trailer shall be permitted in this district.
(B) Mobile offices or job trailers used during construction are permitted if use is temporary provided it meets the stipulations set forth in § 158.317.
(C) Halfway home and residential treatment program.
(D) Townhomes.
