§ 158.317 JOB TRAILERS.
   A JOB TRAILER is any structure that is transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and used as an office for on-site construction purposes or construction storage, with or without a permanent foundation.
   (A)   A job trailer is allowed to be located on any job site that is currently under construction or in the pre-meditated phases of construction.
   (B)   A job trailer does not require approval from the Glasgow Board of Adjustment.
   (C)   In any case where a job is completed and the structure has been issued a certificate of occupancy or resumed normal business the job trailer is to be removed from the site within 30 days of such occurrence.
