(A) Manufactured home parks with a minimum of five manufactured home spaces may be permitted, provided they meet the requirements of § 158.296.
(B) Townhomes as provided in § 158.320.
(C) Other special exceptions are:
(1) Commercial greenhouses and plant nurseries;
(2) Animal hospital, veterinary clinic or kennel; and
(3) Utility substations.
