153.04 POLICE AND FIRE CHIEFS TO WEAR UNIFORMS.

The Police Chief and the Fire Chief of the City of Girard are hence forth required to wear their respective uniforms while on duty. Chiefs not wearing their respective uniforms will not receive a uniform allowance.
