153.03  RETENTION OF PERSONNEL RECORDS.
   (a)   The Director of Public Service and Safety, the Mayor and all appropriate Officers of the City are hereby required to retain all personnel records generated by the City of Girard for a period of sixty consecutive years from the date of their preparation.
   (b)   Removal from storage, or destruction of personnel records shall be considered a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
