153.01  RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Council, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 9.481, hereby exercises its right to establish residency requirements for employees of the City of Girard, Ohio.
   (b)   An employee of the City of Girard, Ohio is required to reside in Trumbull County, Ohio.
