147.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A CITY TREE BOARD.

Council hereby creates and establishes a City Tree Board for the City of Girard, Ohio which shall consist of five members: the Recreation Director, and four citizens appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council.
