It shall be the responsibility of the Committee to review all site/property recommendations to determine its historical significance. The Committee shall move forward on all recommendations brought before it in an objective manner. A recommendation shall meet the following criteria to be considered for listing on the Local Register of Girard Places in order to be approved, by a majority vote of the committee.
