(a) The Mayor shall choose the chairperson of the Committee.
(b) Each member shall have one vote.
(c) A quorum shall consist of four members, one being the chairperson or his or her designee.
(d) The Committee shall meet on a regular basis, time and day to be announced publicly.
(e) All meetings are open to the public.
(f) A report of its actions will be presented annually to Council.
