135.01 POWERS AND PROCEDURES PRESCRIBED BY STATE.

The Civil Service Commission shall have and exercise all powers and perform all duties with respect to the civil service of the City and the City School District as provided by the laws of the State and by this chapter. The procedure applicable to reductions, suspensions and removals as provided for in the Ohio Revised Code shall govern the Civil Service Commission of the City.
