131.02 AGE LIMIT.

(a) Pursuant to the terms of Ohio R.C. 124.41, Council hereby waives and exempts the City from the provisions which establish an upper age limit to receive an original appointment to a Police Department.

(b) All ordinances, provisions and local Civil Service Rules that may conflict with this section are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of this section.
