111.03 SERGEANT-AT-ARMS.

   (a)   The position of Sergeant-at-Arms for Council is hereby created.

   (b)   Council hereby creates the position of ‘Alternate Sergeant-At-Arms’ to assume the position when one or both Sergeant-At-Arms cannot be present for a Council meeting.  The position shall be paid at the same rate per meeting as the regular Council Sergeant-At-Arms and shall perform the same duties.
