307.11 ALLOCATION OF CIVIL PENALTIES.

   (a)   The civil penalties collected pursuant to this chapter shall be allocated to the following funds:

   Fifty-eight percent (58%) to the General Fund - Fund 100

   Eighteen percent (18%) to the Street Construction Fund - Fund 201

   Fourteen percent (14.0%) to the Recreation Fund - Fund 214

   Five percent (5%) to the Capital Improvement Safety Fund - Fund 925

   Five percent (5%) to the Capital Improvement Fund - Fund 900

   (b)   Conflict.  Whenever the provisions of the section conflict with any other Ordinance or provision of the Code of the City of Girard, including any appendix thereto, the provisions of this section shall control.  (Ord. 8302-21.  Passed 7-12-21.)
