153.05 PERSONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM POLICY.

All departments, offices, and employees of the City of Girard, Ohio, shall adhere to and abide by the City of Girard Personal Information Systems Policy which complies with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code Section 1347. A copy of the Policy shall be distributed to each department by the Mayor.
