1377.04  ZONING OF FACTORY-BUILT HOUSING.
   (a)   Mobile homes shall be permitted only in approved mobile home parks, unless otherwise authorized in this chapter.
   (b)   Manufactured homes, modular homes, and multisection manufactured homes which meet the siting requirements of Section 1377.03 and the design and appearance standards of Section 1377.03 shall be permitted accordingly.
