1375.10 APPEALS.

Any property owner issued either a notice of complaint or notice of violation may request a hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals to appeal said notices. Said request of appeal shall be no more than ten (10) days from the date of either notice, and all requests for appeals shall be made in writing to the Rental Zoning Inspector.
