1375.09  SPECIAL PROVISIONS.
   (a)   A copy of Rights of Renters and Landlords shall be provided to each tenant upon request.
   (b)   For purposes of this chapter, any properties known as rent to own or land Contract are considered rental properties and are subject to this Ordinance.  A copy of said contracts shall be provided to the Rental Zoning Office and will remain on file.
