(a) If a written complaint is filed with the Rental Zoning office regarding the conditions of a rental property; an internal/external inspection shall be scheduled and conducted within 14 days of the filing of the complaint. If the landlord does not comply with the scheduling and conducting of this internal/external inspection within the specified time frame a Notice of Violation shall be issued and the procedures as outlined in Section 1375.05(f) shall apply.
(b) Once an inspection is conducted, if the Rental Zoning Inspector determines that such a rental dwelling unit, rental rooming unit or premises does not comply with the minimum standards as set forth in the Zoning Ordinances, the procedures as outlined in Section 1375.05(b), (c), (d) (e), (f) and (g) shall apply.
