The Zoning/Rental Inspector and/or his designee shall inspect rental properties, rental dwelling units, rental rooming units, and premises located in the City. The Rental/Zoning Inspector or his/her authorized representative may for purposes of this ordinance, enter, inspect, examine and survey at reasonable times rental properties, rental dwelling units, rental rooming units and premises. If permission to enter the dwelling, dwelling unit or premises is refused the Zoning Inspector shall pursue recourse as provided by law.
