There is hereby adopted, and incorporated by reference as if fully set out at length herein, the 2011 National Electrical Code for the purpose of establishing standards so that all electrical materials and installations in dwelling units of one, two and three-family dwellings and mobile homes, multi-family dwellings and commercial and industrial occupancy shall be in accordance with the requirements of the National Electrical Code: NFPA No. 70-1978 sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association.
