1351.09  BOND.
   (a)   Before a license is granted to any applicant, he shall file with the Electrical Inspector a surety bond in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000).
 
   (b)   The bond shall be furnished by a surety company to be approved by the Mayor and shall be in such form as meets with the approval of the Director of Law.  The condition of the bond shall be that the holder of the license shall faithfully comply with all the provisions of this Electrical Code, and further shall save and keep the City and its officials harmless from all damages, liabilities, losses or judgment that may be claimed against such City by reason of the failure of the licensee to comply with all the provisions of this Code.
