1351.02  DUTY OF BOARD OF EXAMINERS.
   It shall be the duty of the Board of Examiners to hold a meeting at least every three months for the examination of applicants for licenses, to examine all such applicants as to their knowledge of the rules and regulations for the installation of electric wiring, devices and equipment as set forth in the ordinances of the City and in the National Electrical Code, to determine the general qualifications and fitness of such applicants, who shall show the proper qualifications, after such applicant has paid the prescribed fee and filed the prescribed bond.  It shall also be the duty of the Board of Examiners to revoke such licenses for good and sufficient cause as prescribed in Section 1351.10.
