(a) No person, firm or corporation shall make connection from a source of electrical energy to any electrical wiring, devices or equipment for the installation of which a permit is required until a certificate of approval has been issued by the Electrical Inspector authorizing such connections and the use of such wiring, devices or equipment.
(b) No person, firm or corporation shall make connections from a source of electrical energy to any electrical wiring by the Electrical Inspector or the use of which has been ordered by the Electrical Inspector to be discontinued until a certificate of approval has been issued by the Electrical Inspector authorizing the reconnection and use of such wiring, devices or equipment.
