In case of emergency, the Electrical Inspector may issue a temporary certificate of approval for a period of thirty days at the end of which period the use of any wiring or apparatus placed in service, under such temporary certificate, shall be discontinued until a permanent certificate of approval is secured, providing that the temporary certificate of approval may be renewed at the discretion of the Electrical Inspector.
