1349.02 MINOR REPAIR WORK.

No permit shall be required for the installation of wiring, devices or equipment for the operation of signals or the transmission of intelligence where such wiring, devices or equipment is operated at a voltage not exceeding fifty volts between conductors and is not supplied with electrical energy from a system operating at voltage exceeding fifty volts between conductors.
