1345.03 CIVIL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS; SALARY.

The Electrical Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor after civil service examination and in accordance with the rules and regulations for civil service appointees. He shall receive a salary as prescribed from time to time by Council.
