There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing basic minimum standards for plumbing, sewer, building and water service installation in one, two and three-family dwellings and appurtenant structures, that certain code known as the Ohio Plumbing Code, being Chapter 4101:2-51 of the Ohio Administrative Code, as amended to the effective date of this section.
