The purpose of the following regulations is to protect property values, create a more attractive economic and business climate, enhance and protect the physical appearance of the community, and promote the safety of travelers on roadways, by regulating the use, location, and size of billboards and other advertising devices, within the Commercial, Business, and Industrial zoned areas in the City of Girard.
