1317.05 MAINTENANCE OF RAT-PROOFED BUILDING.

The occupant of any rat-proofed or rat-stopped building shall maintain the premises in a rat-proofed or rat-stopped condition and repair all breaks or leaks that may occur in the rat-proofing or rat-stoppage unless such breaks or leaks develop as the result of natural deterioration of the building.
