As used in the Trumbull County Building Code adopted herein, the following terms shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them:
(a) "Unincorporated portion of Trumbull County" means the City of Girard.
(b) "County Building Inspector" means the City Building Inspector.
(c) "Board of County Commissioners" means City Council.
(d) "County Prosecuting Attorney" means the Director of Law.
