There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of regulating the erection, construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of one, two and three-family nonindustrialized residential and accessory buildings, that certain code known as the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two, and Three-Family Dwellings, Ohio Administrative Code Section 4101:8, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
