1305.04 DUTY OF POLICE.

It shall be the duty of the police to inquire and ascertain whether builders within the limits of the City have secured permits required by this Building Code and they shall report to the Mayor at once any violation thereof, and upon the Mayor's approval, execute a written complaint of such violation.
