937.01  RATES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   (a)   The water rates for the users of water outside the limits of the Municipal corporation shall be as established by Council from time to time.
 
   (b)   All rules and regulations heretofore established by the Director of Public Services applicable to consumers residing outside of the municipal corporation shall remain in effect.
