933.07 RATES OUTSIDE CITY.

Rates outside of the City shall be determined by the Director in accordance with this chapter and in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws. Users outside of the City shall not be assessed for the operation, maintenance and replacement costs of the City's wastewater collection system except in proportion to such users use of the collection system.
