(a) All streets, avenues, squares, alleys or lanes running easterly and westerly that intersect with State Street shall be numbered east and west from such intersection, as if commencing there, with odd numbers on the southerly and even numbers on the northerly sides of the streets.
(b) All streets, avenues, squares, alleys or lanes running northerly and southerly with Liberty Street shall be numbered north and south from such intersection, as if commencing there, with odd numbers on the easterly and even numbers on the westerly sides of the Streets.
(c) All other streets, avenues, squares, parks, alleys or lanes shall be regularly numbered, commencing with the end of the street, with odd numbers on one side and even numbers on the other side.
