903.02 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.

All sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Services. The sidewalk shall be constructed under the supervision and control of the Director of Public Services and to his satisfaction and approval.
