Any person who performs any of the acts or work referred to in Section 901.01 of this chapter shall maintain to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Services and the Chief of Police, barricades, warning signs, lights or other proper safety precautions during the entire period that the acts or work referred to in Section 901.01 is being done.
