Nudity is prohibited in any sexually oriented business including said businesses where no alcoholic beverages are sold, served or consumed on the premises and regardless of whether a permit has been issued pursuant to this Chapter. This section does not apply to the private rooms in an adult motel. Any sexually oriented business which is found in violation of this section shall have its permit suspended pursuant to the provisions of Section 779.08.
